That isn't Count. That's some self-appointed media watchdog guy on twitter who's been trying to bust chops for about a year now. Most people ignore him. Sipple is, apparently, engaging him in conversation.

I followed that "Accountability" guy on Twitter for maybe a week. His schtick got old real fast.
