Here's what I don't get about the "staying on the West coast" thing: Is it really that closer from LA to Corvallis vs Lincoln? Couple hour flight to Portland then drive 1+ hours to Corvallis.

And Corvallis is nothing like LA

Here's the deal. He said he wasn't done with visits, but we have Riley's January rule. Calvin also said what he says today could change before signing day. Ergo, he chose OSU so he could take the visit, but that doesn't mean he's going there.

He still ends up a Husker.

Well, to be fair, is like a 25 hour drive from LA to Lincoln, so if buying plane tickets to travel regularly isn't an option for them, then staying in the P12 makes some sense..... Friends and family will have an easier time traveling to any of his away games at UCLA, USC, Stanford, Cal, ASU, and Arizona than they would for NU.
