Lot of people here still have their Christmas light up and burning. Took me awhile to figure out why - Kansas City Plaza has their lights on until the 22nd.

Nominate everyone still using their Christmas avatar. It's mid-January. The 12 Days of Christmas ended more than a week ago, so you don't even have that excuse. Get on with it ya goobs.

I think I had mine from last year up til September, when I changed it to Foltzy. I remembered thinking as I went to make that change, "Woah, there's still a Christmas hat here."

At this point it's a conscious act of rebellion. So, suck it

Coach Power T. Just really cant handle the guy and his almighty holier than thou schtick.

That's weird, because one of the common things he criticizes in myself, liberals, and other designations is being holier than thou.
LOMS you had your moments and since then, imo, its been a whole lot better.

I have no idea what C N Red is talking about.

I def dont mind him criticizing liberals, however itd be nice to get rid of P&R on this board. Its the constant drilling of our current staff and non-ending want to return to option football.

When did I do that? I honestly don't remember EVER being a proponent of returning to "option football" in the sense you are saying. I've just wanted identity man, I've used Wisconsin as an example. Is it wrong to want identity rather than rely on being a jack of all trades? I think that being in the Big10 you have to have a physical presence about you.

I know I've been harsh at times but I don't believe in sunshine pumping. I also don't believe in being the opposite. Opinion is opinion, and mine is that there isn't anything wrong with it. Unless it is uninformed, which is why I try to stay out of the P&R forum.

Because I don't have time to go fact check everything. Not that I want to be uninformed but a lot (not all) of what the P&R forum has to offer is ultimately opinion. The thing about that is that no one is going to be changing opinions because of another. They might, but not at a high percentage.

Kind of like the whole attendance at inauguration. The pictures taken comparing the two were 6 hours apart (Reportedly, which again, never when to go find out for sure. Just heard the report) Yet, we had multiple people making a big fuss about it. Those same people are the ones that always jump on any sort of right wing news. I mean, whatever....I guess. I'd still go have a beer with most of you if it came down to it. I would actually love the opportunity to.

Two of the people I disagree with most on the political side of things here on the board I had a heck of a time with at Brewski's in Lincoln. I respect them and disagree with them. I have no ill wishes toward them and generally like hearing/seeing what their up to.

The best thing about football is that it unifies those that split on politics.
