Why not Both? He doesn't have to play TE every down but if we put him in for 10-15 snaps on offense I wouldn't complain. Maybe give him a few snaps of rest on defense and call it good. Kid is a great player and I hope he comes in ready to push for playing time right away with his skill.

I am from Beatrice and I grew up with some Jurgens. I just assumed he was related to them.

There are tons of Jurgens in the area. Cam is actually from outside of Pickrell. A small town just a few miles North of Beatrice.

Wonder if a lot of it depends on the success of our twin towers we picked up and the stable of guys who have yet to prove themselves. Also probably depends on how well our young guys pick up that OLB spot.

The good thing is he is versatile enough to do either and can fill the spot that struggles more next year. What a good problem to have!

 
I'd be surprised if he doesn't start two years atleast. I think he's got all the potential in the world. Some people are just made for college football his build is definitely one of them. Excited to see him in the scarlet and cream.
