There is so much bs in your post. You take artist liberties pretty seriously.Only one year since 2004 have we had more draft picks than we had last year. Which would include all Callahan's classes.Just more evidence of how bare Pelini left the cupboard for Riley. Nine wins with such a lack of talent is pretty impressive.
But whatever makes you feel better.
Doesn't change the fact that we won't have that many this year and he was clearly referencing this season. We had a senior laden team with no depth behind them that could maybe get 2 drafted. I think he has a point.
Eh, the story last year was we didn't have as much talent as Purdue and that didn't really turn out to be the case. And what Pelini left clearly includes last year's team so it's pretty obvious that not all the struggles can be blamed on talent.
And #9Wins used to be guaranteed by the schedule. Now it's apparently pretty impressive.
People weren't expecting as many or as high of draft picks as we got last year so I guess I'll wait until it's actually over before casting judgement.

I seriously think you are the biggest troll here.
I thought that was me? Also I do agree, most people here won't attribute any short comings on the current staff. There is so much bs in your post. Well my little thing says Sept of 2009, so I think I have been. The changes he has made have resulted in ZERO better football play so far. As far as the coach's go, Riley is the one that hired those people as coaches to win, so you are saying that him hiring and firing people himself have made us better on the field? Or is that just a conjecture based on hope and no real statical fact? Or do you need to quote me something something Riley didn't have resources, and Bob once had a good defense at Norte Dame against one the easiest schedules in football? You really haven't been around very long have you?I thought that was me? It was discussed in great detail with a lot of people agreeing that there were shortcomings on the staff. Namely:
Banker
Read
Stewart
Hughes
Many people still think there are short comings in Davis and Cavanaugh.
There was a lot of discussion about Riley being a disappointment until he started making these changes. Even then, there was a lot of disappointment that these coaches were hired in the first place.

That is what I was responding to. Now, if you have been here since 2009, then you obviously haven't read much.most people here won't attribute any short comings on the current staff.
