And BTW, I'll totally use ketchup if it's warranted.

But give me a hotdog topped with sauerkraut, onions, banana peppers, yellow & stone ground mustard, and a pickle spear, every day of the week.

Banana peppers are incredible.

I'm with Saunders on this. The only thing I won't take on a hot dog is relish. Keep that bullsh#t away.

Dill relish is the only relish worth having. Also, Giardiniera is amazing and should be on your brat or Italian sausage-on-bun.
For real! My wife makes her own with a bunch of spices, and peppers, then we either throw it on a salad, or throw it in the food processor for toppings.
