Well we may have gotten a lucky break off that penalty against their coach too.  There is no sugar coating how bad this defense is right now.

no doubt. and I'm not doing that. but to act like the game is over is asinine. we're not out of it at all.

I thought Diaco's defense was supposed to be stout in the red zone.

I truly feel really sorry for these players. Serious question: How can they play with any amout of confidence in this kind of scheme, when they're not allowed to play aggressive?

I fear it's going to be a long season Cornhusker fans.

Yeah it's easy to bang on the secondary but no one can cover WR this long with absolutely no push up front. The pass defense sucks because of the lack of pass rush more then anything else

It was lucky on the tipped pass but there still wasn't a defender within 10 yards of that receiver crap defense

If our guy had been there it would've been an interception...........those are things where our defense guy catches the ball and runs like heck the other way.

People crying for a holding call are grasping at straws and need to accept this scheme, and with it staying with base personel, will be destroyed by spread offenses

Diaco isn't showing much right now--he's waiting for B1G Conference play.
