Minnesota replacing Iowa as Nebraska's Thanksgiving Game

As a Hawkeye fan, I'm glad we are playing Wisconsin the last game of the year, the series is at 45-43-2, a real rivalry.  Nebraska needs to go back to the Texas League/B12 and make both conferences better.  

I would gladly trade you for Iowa State

I guess in the end, the  B1G had to "evaluate where Nebraska was as a program".  And Minnesota does have more National Titles than the Huskers, and neither are relevant today, so this is a good fit.  

And if you subtract our national titles from Minnesota's national titles, you still have more than Iowa has.

Possibly, but it will be moved officially w/in the next year or 2, and Fleck will still be there for that.

I expect him to be gone after 2 years if they go well enough.

Ah true, ancient history....I think Yale is still in the top 5.......how many Big10 titles do you have?  Like I said two formerly relevant teams playing on Black Friday, perfect.  The West will be decided the following Saturday Iowa/Wisconsin.

I like how he thinks that losing to Wisconsin somehow "decides" the division.  Iowa couldn't even win the league during their greateast season in school history.  Hell, they barely beat us with a gimpy Armstrong.
