Burn the hotel, and the surrounding town, pillage what supplies you'll need to escape...

I was wondering about this....some people have mentioned letting riley finish and retire gracefully at the end of the year...if he retires he woukdnt still get paid would he?  But if we fire him he would get paid still correct?  Why would he ever retire....may as well start paying him off now
