Fire Mike Riley. Give it 12 days.

I get what you are saying....but are AD pretty clearly said today that Riley is gone at the end of the year.  You don't even have to read between the lines

I understand, but, if you are actively talking to another coach, then you need to fire your current coach and put a interim coach in place.

Yes, it can and while they are at it they can add the missing star and make it symmetrical, my only wish in life.

I think the AD is wise in sticking with Riley until the end because the target is not on him to have a coach announced .
