New banner

Just curoius, do you guys think the new banner looks good? personally I think its a great banner by itself, but looks strange on a large resolution screen. but I dont know if its just b/c its differnt from the old one or what. I told pillen I liked it, but thought it didnt blend quite right, to see if he had any ideas, but he thinks it looks sweet as is. if you can come up with any way to enhance it, i'll ask him to modify it.

I think that the problem is that it "ends" too abruptly on each side. Perhaps a solid color fade from red to white - a gradiant - might do the trick.

Exactly , it looks kin of scrunched up and hard to make out all the details in the banner.

I agree with Frank and Mike. It looks kind of odd there on a larger res screen.
