I would just say, Frost has relationships with people in Nebraska to this day. The obvious one being TO, but he knows the people in this state and at the University. It's funny to think about how this stuff gets around, but when you think where the program is you can't blame people being excited about a little good news.

Lars Anderson isn't full of it and he isnt spreading rumors etc. He stated something that is factual. I can also tell you that he most likely was told not to give details etc out and was told in confidence. Definitely not suppose to spill it on twitter for millions of people to see. 

Facts

1. NU will not be outbid by any other school for Scott Frost. Bounds and Green as well as Moos know the importance of this hire.

2. Our administration wants frost, our fans want frost, our big money wants frost.

3. Our top donors have blank checks ready to bring Scott home. 

4. I can't expound on why I say Frost is coming home but for him not to at this point would make me question some of his values (I know this sounds harsh)

There is an abnormally high percentage of level-headed fans and welcoming fans here. Welcome to Huskerboard, as one of the members of the leadership team I can tell you that the "crazies" you speak of make themselves fairly obvious here and it's only a matter of time before we ask them to leave or escort them out of here. :lol:

 
I hope like hell we don't screw this up, we can't screw this up, we have to make this right. I am hoping that the Frost comments from yesterday were just B.S. and understand that they could be, but it made me a lot more nervous about how all of this is going to go. It's pretty funny.............we're recruiting Frost all over again! :lol:

Still lots to be decided, but if Florida comes away with an underwhelming hire, the AD is going to come out of this looking very foolish.
