There is a lot of talk about Frost/Nebraska and/or Frost/Oregon (if Taggart leaves for FSU) on Twitter right now. Let's wrap this thing up already........

It's done and it has been weeks in the making. He's not going to change his mind in the last 24 hours. He could have had FU, UT, UCLA, A&M, and there were already rumors of Oregon and FSU opening up.

He's coming here because he wants to, not because it is his only choice.

I think that is all speculation. We've also heard Oregon doesn't consider Frost as an available candidate.

So, will the actual announcement be anti-climactic?  Or will it be euphoria?  We've been pretty sure for some time, but I think the "sucker punched too many times" syndrome as set in, and while we've been a bit complacent this last week, I, for one, will be over the moon excited when it is announced for real!!!

Moos should hire Sumlin for the day.  Then come into the press conference and say,  "We're here to announce the next head coach at Nebraska" and have Sumlin get up to the podium .... and introduce Frost.

I wonder if he'd be held responsible for all the heart attacks.
