Wow those practices will be a mark contrast from what we've heard has been occurring under MR.   Up tempo 'warm ups' and fast paced drills so that the players have game day pace ingrained into them.   That LB coach is one smart dude.

This is a staff that won at UCF, Frost trusts them with this turnaround at NU, and I look forward to seeing them do that work in Lincoln.  I'm sure there will be guys that move on to other ventures after a year or two, but I think having a group that have worked together before will be important in this transition at NU.
