I think it speaks to the level that his coaches trust Scott that a guy who spent 25 years in florida, mostly at UCF, would follow him to Nebraska.
He coached the WRs in arena league.Dude coached an Arena League team for a year.

Rumor going around that Held is either a witch or a hologram.
All of his buddies are winners!!Hopefully it works out better than it did for our previous HCs who have hired all of their "buddies"...
It also speaks to the doubling or tripling of his annual income as well.I think it speaks to the level that his coaches trust Scott that a guy who spent 25 years in florida, mostly at UCF, would follow him to Nebraska.
That and also the need for a job. No guarantees that Heupel would keep him on staff.I think it speaks to the level that his coaches trust Scott that a guy who spent 25 years in florida, mostly at UCF, would follow him to Nebraska.
Its being reported by UCF beat writers that both Walters and Beckton were offered positions on the Heupel's staff. That and also the need for a job. No guarantees that Heupel would keep him on staff.
This can't be good for Frost's legacy there, not that it matters (to me).Its being reported by UCF beat writers that both Walters and Beckton were offered positions on the Heupel's staff.

He's taking long time coaches, and going after UCF's offered and committed recruits... From Nebraska's perspective we have to take everything we possibly can to hit the ground running and I don't fault him one bit. It is a big upgrade for players and coaches across the board as far as potential at Nebraska, but man UCF is going to be starting from scratch in a lot of ways.
Good thing their football excellence fund was topped off.
