how many new guys do you think we get before the early signing period? I would hope at least 3-5.

with only 7 guys in the class and 1 kicker, i'm a bit worried to say the least.

I'm not worried, we will most likely get 3 from this weekend. Would not be surprised if by Dec 20th we add

QB Martinez

QB Wilson

RB Bell

RB Banks

TE McGriff

Also a few more JUCOs that I cannot remember off the top of my head on mobile. 

 
First Draft of the Frost Board.  I'm putting the number at 20 for now.

I think we might only take 1 QB, especially if it's Martinez.  But there would be a possibility of a JUCO as well.  I think they're looking for 1 RB although there might be a second who is a RB/WR combo.  Also I think Jurgens might get moved to LB which almost everyone thinks would be his better position.  Still trying to get a feel for the numbers at other positions.
