Why doesn't it show Nebraska on the page at all?  Do they only keep it up to date for other schools?

If they fill Newell's spot in this class it is 16+3

Yes, but he's a senior anyway so one way or the other he'll be gone after next year. 

If he would have left at semester we could have added one more to the 2018 class.  He won't count against the 2019 class either way.

No debate there, guess it just depends on if they do use one of the +3 oversigns to fill his spot when he leaves or give the scholarship to a Senior walk-on.

Just depends on how many leave.  Obviously they have to "use" the +3 and get back down to 85 one way or the other.  If there are more than 3 than they'll be given to walk-ons.
