After digging into this, the writer actually didn't have any reasoning at all behind his prediction. Believe it to be wishful thinking and possibly trying to drum up some interest from the locals in Corvallis. He didn't provide a drop of insight for the prediction from what I could find.

Figured that or maybe thinking we won’t have room to take him. 

 
I think he is the steal of the class if we get him.  I went and read a bunch of articles about him and this kid is just an all around good athlete.  

 
Newest CB again from BeaverBlitz to go to OSU.

Her guess, word for word.

“Also, hopefully if he commits, then Hunt would come with him.”

So it’s basically the same as if I was writing for Rivals or 247, lol. 

 
Makes me think a couple of the guys here this weekend want N and they’re higher on the board than Tago.
