Apparently 4 people think we're not even good enough for the NIT.I’m on it.
Speaking of time travel, I see that some folks decided to update their vote on the poll for this thread post-choke...![]()

Probably not true. That's what some people said on BTN, but the RPI predictor said they would be 30th, which still would have been a quad 1 win, albeit barely. You can be mad about it, but the same happened to us.
Michigan would not have been a Q1 win (earlier in the season) if we had beat them in the tourney.

This part has bugged me a lot with Oklahoma. If you actually look at their resume, their best non conference wins rank like this:
1. @ Wichita State - really goodroadneutral site win
2. USC - they are on the bubble
3. Oregon - they won't make the tournament
4. Northwestern - they were terrible this year
Some very, very contradicting s#!t from Lunardi lately. Check twitter.
Yes, he sounds like me making arguments now. (Non-RPI/Q1 believer)Are you talking about this?
http://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/game?gameId=400988013just a slight technicality fix.

But we only lost to kansas by 1!
but we only lost to Ohio state by 5!
but we only lost to Illinois and Penn state because of flukes!
Eh, I guess I don't see it. Someone asked him what part of Michigan State's resume had them ahead of Michigan. He gave a snarky - but true - answer that they finished ahead of them in the B1G, which is one part of having a better season.

This says it was played at Charles Koch Arena, which is on Wichita State's campus. :dunno
Regardless, Oklahoma is in the tournament. I hope they lose the first day.

On Oklahoma's RPI page, ESPN has the game clearly listed as an away game, not neutral site.it was played in wichita. just downtown at IBA.
If conference wins suddenly have a big impact on your resume, well then sign me up...........
