All I heard the entire fall about Frost is he'd never come here 'cause it's cold. It wasn't a big sacrifice then and it isn't now.

I agree.  The weather isn't that big of a deal - Lincoln gets plenty of nice weather.  Plus a lot of people like variety.

And I'm sure if coach Frost or his wife want to go to Florida, they could probably afford a little vacation.
