They are moving fast. And in the background they are moving fast. And in the foreground they’re moving fast. And it’s constant moving. 

I remember video of some past era where guys were standing around with helmets half off their head while 2-3 guys were working a drill; people on this board were going nuts asking why players were standing around. 

Love all the action and organized chaos.

That post practice press conference by Frost was the first post practice/game press conference I've listened to in it's entirety since Pelini was first hired. 

I could listen to Frost talk ball all day.

I've watched all of them with Frost (and the assistant coaches), and rarely ever watched any of the other ones. I'd very rarely watch the post game show or the BTN special during fall camp.

Really hope Dixon gets his waiver to play this season. If he can then with Honas,  the other guys back, and better coaching our LB-play could be light-years ahead of last season.

Yeah I noticed that also.  It's like I blinked and he's 15 yards downfield.  And the best part?  He makes it look so effortless.

Just so you know, there were 4 or 5 other releases he had that were slower than POB.  But, you didn't see them because no one was filming.  Guess you'll just have to continue the narrative of Gebbia being the GOAT.
