It is a pretty neat circumstance though that a) the legendary coach and father figure is able to still be a mentor to Frost and b) TO feels comfortable enough (and the athletic department is comfortable enough) to be involved with each other again. TO's such a competitive guy he probably wishes he were 40 years younger and down there helping with drills.  :lol:

Yeah....I'm sure it's not something that needs to be a huge deal in the press.  In fact, I would have been fine if it hadn't been reported.  I'm sure Frost and TO feel the same way.

I was thinking about this the other day as well. A possible breakout senior season notwithstanding, has there ever been a less heralded four year starter at Nebraska? Also, it feels like he was a Freshman just yesterday.

Wasn't Tyrone Williams a 4 year starter in the secondary?  Wasn't he sort of avg/good or am I thinking of someone else?

I really think that DY might be the most amazingly average 4 year starter ever.

Young has top shelf athletic ability that has been bungled by crappy systems/schemes for three years.

He'll have a breakout year this year.

 Every time i see him i think of him trying to tackle Tennessee's qb and getting embarrassed. I hope he has a break out year.

Or he will get replaced by someone who will.

Whoever is on the field will look much better than what was on the field last year and that could easily be the exact same guys.

Excited about that.
