When I was in journalism school a professor told some of us, “you sports guys need to learn news too.” I said “you news people need to learn sports too.” She said I was wrong.

You can always tell when a news reporter/anchor doesn’t know a thing about the sports story they are covering.

Seemed pretty impressed by the facilities and how much time he got to spend with Frost.

He reached out to the new staff and they re-offered (some time ago)

Visiting Michigan tomorrow and Notre Dame this weekend.

 
Rutgers I can kinda see with it being a home state school.  Michigan and ND I can see.  Ole Miss and Minn have me scratching my head. Maybe he likes weather extremes? "The southern girls with the way they talk they knock me out when I'm down there.  The northern girls with the way they kiss they keep their boy friends warm at night. Your guess is as good as mine!

We were never at the top of his list. He attends a private catholic high school. ND bound. 

Enokk Vimahi, Trevor Keegan, Danielson Ike, Jack Buford, and Ira Henry are some names that I am familiar with that we have some interest level from. Our of those names we likely have the best shot at getting Danielson Ike.
