No, they aren't. Rules are things like "Don't derail threads with personal attacks or unrelated posts"

How things work: "A message board is for discussing things with other people, which sometimes will result in disagreements."

You absolutely are the person who derailed the thread. You also gave no evidence that MC has done whatever you're accusing her of doing in "50+ posts," and she certainly didn't do it in the post you quoted.

So you are saying that the rule "don't derail threads with personal attacks or unrelated posts" wouldn't be included in "how things work" - i would say again that they are pretty close to one in the same.

I made a comment and then you wanted to put in your 2 cents.  I would have been done except you responded so i replied to you.  did you want me to start a new thread titled "Making Chimichanges interesting way of reading other peoples post in a negative way"?    I could also go back and include the other 49+ similar comments to the quote above however in my mind and hopefully yours that would just derail things further.  

But keep derailing this thread and then taking zero blame while giving out 100%

What you are supposed to do is either not derail the thread in the first place by just saying silent about a personal problem you have with someone, or if you must, make a topic called "Making Chimichanges interesting way of reading other peoples post in a negative way" in the Woodshed where it belongs. Not crap on this topic seemingly out of the blue. I've never seen MC doing what you're saying, and she's not doing it here, so the post made no sense. What I probably should've done is just reported you.

Thanks for explaining the rules and how things work to me - very helpful !!!!!  I'm curious to why you didn't make a thread in the "woodshed" when you replied to me???

anyhow good job for giving me all the credit and taking non for yourself.

Since i know now how things work around here i will not reply back with anything not related to Aaron Williams - hoping you will do the same

b) I don't know enough about you to make a topic. E.g. I can't think of 50+ posts you've made that annoy me

c) I already said I should have just reported you

d) No one's perfect

e) I was hoping you might explain what you were talking about
