Roxy and BIG ERN

So since Roxy has been saying that BIG ERN has been saying she couldn't start new topics for recipes and claiming that he was banning her from starting topics, what are everyone else's thoughts on digging into this further. If BIG ERN was messaging her claiming to be a mod, would that be a punishable offense? Or was this all a big misunderstanding and should we just drop this? Thoughts?

 
This could be a misunderstanding/joke (not punishable) or cyberbullying (suspension-worthy offense). The details definitely matter here, so someone should PM Roxy and BIG ERN. Has this been done yet?

BIG ERN had PMed me several weeks ago asking if she could put them all in one thread.  I really don't understand why because they are all in one forum and that's the only thing in that forum so if you don't care about that either don't go in there or just mark that forum as read. I told BIG ERN it was fine the way it was.

I get the feeling Roxy isn't the most computer literate.  My guess is BIG ERN messaged her about the same time he did me and asked and she just now saw the message.  And I would guess it was just an ask, not a demand.

I'm fine if someone wants to ask BIG ERN about it but I'd guess the situation is resolved now and can just be left as is.

 
I am also thinking that she either was going to share that video and decided not to or mistakenly shared it and didn't delete it, so it saved itself as a draft. So that would show up whenever she tried to start a new topic until she actually posted it and clearing the draft.
