Akron Game Weather

I’m not the board weather person but I don’t think this game is gonna happen. If TV $ didn’t matter they could move it up to 2pm.

There are supposed to be thunderstorms from 7pm to 5am now. 

Hopefully the forecast is off by 50 miles.

If it's a storm headed directly for Lincoln perhaps it will take a turn for Iowa City instead.

Edit: My iPhone seems to disagree with Weather.com... but they are the same thing...

My hope is if does rain or lightning during the game that it will be after we’re up by 21 points. Then at least if it’s delayed or cancelled or it’s raining so hard we can’t do anything on offense we won’t have to worry about.

My biggest fear is a downpour with no lightning and we can’t move the ball very well, and Akron gets some lucky breaks.

My space phone just issued a severe thunderstorm warning that expired 12 minutes ago.  

Note: there was no severe thunderstorm.
