Huskers Hold Players-Only Meeting

Won't use names bc I don't know how true it is but heard a rumor that there was a scuffle between two players in this meeting.  Anyone else hear anything about this?

Well, then it wasn't the calm meeting we first heard about, I guess. Not that I like fighting, but at least we got some kids showing some kind of fight somewhere.

Husker fans being husker fans. Already wanting to fire a coach after 4 damn games   Heres a weird idea, how about we actually try to have a little stability and keep these coaches around and let them get their own players in and develop them. I know its a weird idea for some but the way of firing coaches after 2-3 years hasnt been working so lets try a different way.
Anything less than 5 years is program suicide.

Meh, I heard the fight was between a kicker and a OL. Don’t worry, the OL will recover.

That’s what I heard as well, and it started over what flavor of ice cream they should get

I’m starting to think my request for rolleyes was a bad idea. I have used it occasionally but it’s being used for confusing reasons. E.g. @StPaulHusker replied “fair enough” to me and got a rolleyes for it.

It would be better if it was like the old system, and we were told who liked or reacted to our posts.

EDIT: If I remember right, I asked this when we updated, and a mod said that it's a premium feature of the new board software, and we would have to pay more for it.

Now people realize that our defensive numbers will be inflated because of the offense we run..... right?

If running a hurry up offense means more possessions for both teams, and one team is unable to stop the other, I guess that could inflate our defensive numbers.

But I'm looking at the opponents yards-per-play and watching our unwillingness to tackle and thinking you can't hang our defensive woes on our offensive system.  The stats are not misleading that way.
