The Village of the "Banned"

Here's a question. If you didn't know anything about her personally other than the interactions with her content, and after she was banned there was no mention of her being transgender (and you didn't know she was), but everybody else referred to her as a woman, would you

A) also refer to her as a woman?

B) think that she actually was a woman?

Two things.  1) I just read the post.  It's pretty heartbreaking honestly.  If all that truly was from MC then I feel bad they have had such a rough go of it.  2) MC the poster annoyed me a bunch of times with a smarmy response, I don't care about gender when it comes to being annoyed.  Truthfully when it was mentioned MC was a girl I felt like that made a lot of sense.  The trans thing was news to me when you mentioned it, and truth be told I was more annoyed by your "that guy" routine than anything else.

My stance on trans gender is still the same.  But again I stress, if something makes you happy do it.  We all live short lives, being miserable isn't an option.  Be yourself and be happy.  I just dread when the transgender stuff starts getting used for the bad stuff I mentioned above because there are people actually struggling with it.  And it will happen, bad people always use things like this to do bad things.  Then the bad and good people get labeled the same and it's a s#!t storm.  Because yeah, at some point some sex offender will use transgender as a loophole to be a creep in some capacity, I mean we all know it will happen.

It really doesn't harm MC since she's gone now.  Better?

Not really, because your reactions to her throughout this thread inform your opinion on the transgender community at large. It costs you nothing to be respectful to someone's wishes in regards to something as personal as this discussion.

All that aside, all someone like MC is doing is saying, "Hey. I believe I'm a woman. I've always felt like a woman. I identify as a woman. I'm spending time and money and energy and changing my biology and going through hell trying to feel comfortable in my own skin as a woman. So if it's not too much trouble could you please just, you know, refer to me as a she?"

If you didn't know she was transgender, but someone told you she was a woman, you would call her a she. If you met her in person and had beers at a tailgate, I bet you'd be kind and call her a she. But for whatever reason you've been trained to respond in a type of protest where it seems (forgive me if I'm wrong) once you realized she was transgender you had a compulsion to make sure to refer to her as a he. IDK what that is exactly, but I know I used to think and behave similarly. You can have any opinion on transgender 'issues' you want. That's a different topic for a different day. But when it comes to transgender people - individuals just trying to live their life in a way that makes sense and is healthy for them - a small thing you can do that goes a very long way for them and makes their stories a little less heartbreaking for them to go through on a daily basis, would be to, you know, just call them what they wanna be called.

I decree...that from this post forward...YOU WILL ALL REFER TO ME AS:

The King Of All Posting!

Isn't that was Michael Jackson and Howard Stern did?
Have you been seeing a doctor specializing in social status dysphoria?  Nothing in your username indicates royalty so you haven't applied for a name change.  I'm not sure you are that serious about transitioning.  If you are serious about identifying as a royal and please don't mistake my ignorance for insensitivity but, can we refer to you simply as "King"?  Also for those born into royalty but identify as a commoner what is the proper term - serf, peasant, vassal?

Hahaha!  I love this!

But is that it?  Simple acknowledgement that they are the sex they wish to be?  No, because we have the whole bathroom disaster pandemic.  Next it will be wage gap nonsense, insurance rate differentials, gender equality for transgender people, discrimination lawsuits because 66 year old bald Chuck wants to work at Hooters but they wouldn't hire him, pervs in wings creeping in the ladies room winning million dollar lawsuits even though they were acting like sex offenders.

So, yeah.  That's my gripe with it.  You can mutilate your genitals if it makes you happy. Or you can wear panties if it makes you happy.  I don't care.  But we all know that's not the end of it.
Shaming transgenders for wanting equal rights and protection under the law is the wrong path to go down. They aren't people who claim to be wolves. They're not believers in the Flying Spaghetti Monster. By and large, they're every day folks, some of whom are battling severe cases of gender dysphoria which is a legitimately recognized medical condition. And, for the vast majority, they're not gallivanting around wanting to work at Hooters or creep on women in the bathroom. An insinuation otherwise is disingenuous.

It wasn't that long ago people were saying similar things about rights for black people. 'We shouldn't share bathrooms.' 'Wage gap nonsense.'

And I get all that.  The gender dysphoria and the parents that glorify it onto their children and the people who use it for evil are my issue with it as I made clearer above.

Ha. This f#cking thread has been off topic for about 2 pages. It's the village of the banned not "let's discuss gender dysphoria". No wonder Walksalone doesn't come around anymore.
