The virtue warriors gotta be heard. Some are convinced this is evidence of Frost not wanting high character guys. It's as if they were power braking, waiting for the light to change since the day he was hired. And as for MoWa....evidence is mounting, obviously he is Satan reincarnated or, at the very least, some lower level demon. Pay no mind that we're talking about the actions of a teenager and this, if it did occur as some believe, is sadly not as uncommon as we'd all like it to be. Who knew 15-16-17-18 year olds could act immaturely and maybe make bad decisions. Get the rope.

Was there a time lapse between the message she sent him and the message he sent back?   I do not know how those text monitoring apps work but I find it odd that her Mom saw the message before she did.

The whole app monitoring thing reminded me of something that happened to me.  I did not know this at first but my wife had her phone and Ipad linked together and she could message from both at anytime.  One night I was on her ipad messing around and she got a message from a really close friend of ours.  The message popped up saying  " I got them done".  I went ahead and looked to see what it was about and you guessed it,  she sent my wife a whole picture collage of her new boobs.

Minors film and take photos of and send each other sexually explicit content of themselves or their peers ALL the time. How would you assess their behavior? Monstrous? Immoral? 16 year old kids acting like 16 year old kids and being interested in other 16 year old kids? 

In one realistic scenario MoWa being just over 18 doesn't magically remove him from the childish and immature and normal situation and context of heartbreak and hurt and living in a 2018 teenage digital media reality from two years prior that's still fresh and impactful.

If we want to stick to legal definitions over half of teenagers are in possession of child porn. Which is illegal and could be prosecuted. Some states even have laws against simply viewing child porn, even if you're a minor. Should 15 year old girls be criminally prosecuted for sending their boyfriends nudes or viewing d!(k picks some idiot at their school sent them?

But what about a minor who takes selfies and sends them discreetly to another teen? What if the receiver then forwards the photos to others? Have they violated any laws? In many states, the answer is yes.

The common quirk in the laws is that there is no exception for taking or distributing sexually explicit pictures of oneself. Thus, a high school student sending a racy seflie to a boyfriend or girlfriend could subject both themselves and the receiver to prosecution for child pornography.

I'm not a fan of our legal system, too many criminals get off free when they are guilty and too many who are innocent get locked up.  

I am a fan of justice and natural law.  

Ignoring everything outside of Maurice's control (being in the video, making the video, etc...) and only focusing on Maurice's actions alone (keeping the video, sending it to the girl) is more than enough in my court of what is right and what is wrong with this world for a conviction.  I don't care how good or great a football player you are, you simply do not do that as a decent Human being and that is certainly not the case with him as he has proven with his actions.  I don't care about the legality of it all, he is guilty in my book and should be immediately expelled from the school.
