12 years or more ago me and a buddy met up on a dirt road with a gal and her friend.  Let's call her a bit loose with the fellas.  Sparing the details up until this point, she ends up a couple feet away from me on her knees going down on my buddy.  He says to her, "don't leave him out".  She didn't.  And I'm not making this up, she says in the middle of this, "I wish we had a video camera".

So, believe me when I say, I have personal reason to doubt the girls claims in the Mo case.  They obviously aren't the same circumstances.  But had there been a camera that night there would be a video out there somewhere of it, and I'm positive it could have gotten spun that we took advantage of her, which we DEFINITELY did not.  If anything she used us.

There were theories/rumors with the thing at Armstrong/Westerkamp’s party that the girl agreed to a threesome and then was embarrassed about it later. 

In this case the girl in question is probably still living with her parents which gives her more reasons to say she wasn’t willing.

All I know is if I’m a teenage girl who does willingly (not saying it was) agree to a threesome and then sometime later a video of it gets out and my parents see it, I’m more than likely changing my story to it being assault and not consensual. And if that was the situation, it doesn’t seem a stretch that just possibly that girl could’ve been a little bit loose with all the boys when she was dating a former boyfriend and possibly that is why they broke up and why that former boyfriend may have been angry enough to throw that video back in her face 2 or 3 years later.

Now for my disclaimers. I have no idea if it happened like that. At. All. It’s just what it “feels” like may have happened based on how the story has broken out and the odd timelines, late filing of charges, etc. I also think it’s possible that the former boyfriend may have not been aware that the actions in the video had gone on to be claimed as sexual assault. Maybe it was as simple as the boyfriend having some prior evidence she was a hoe and to him the video was just more of her being her. But like I said, that’s just my imagination running away with me. However if that was the situation, it severely curtails the evilness and questionable morals of his sending her that video IMO.

Now on the other side, if he had any idea that video may have been a situation of assault then he’s a scumbag and more than deserving of any charges or consequences that come his way. Sure “legally” there may still be revenge porn and/or child porn charges involved but, in this case, I’m more concerned with what he knew and his motives and the real story of her assault and character than with the pure legality of it. And yes I feel a bit dirty doubting her character given what she may have been subjected to.  Likely we’ll never know any of those details other than the result of the legal charges against MW.  I believe the sexual assault case has been sealed due to those involved being minors. I understand why that is but that may actually harm the former boyfriends ability to make his case, or at least hamper his ability to mitigate the supposed evilness of his actions. So the whole deal is pretty much a mess. Good lesson for teens to not  have or send videos or pics like that for any reason.

This is pretty much how I feel. I don't think Washington knew about the sexual assault claim, and it's one of the more important details. If he didn't, it's an angry/immature/stupid retort by someone who's been spurned. Spurned by someone who's willing to have a threesome with 2 different guys who aren't him. Or that's how he would see it.

If he did know about the claim and hoped to hurt her because of it, then I don't want him on the team.

C'mon, you know that isn't what he's saying. He's just saying we don't have all the facts so maybe we should refrain from being judge, jury and executioner at this point because it could be something less than some are making it out to be. There will still be plenty of opportunity to question his morals and guilt if and when more information warrants it.

What if it was this; "Hey guys, MW has been accused so obviously he's a POS, is guilty and obviously Frost knew he was a POS when he recruited him"--StPaulHusker several times in the past few days.

Pretty much the same thing except I think this version more accurately represents what has actually transpired.

Legally I think you're correct. But that's not the only thing that matters here. Not sure on the deep s#!t part though. See knapp's post.
