The people who coin and use labels like Baby Boom, Gen X, Millennial, and Gen Z are marketers, and they aren't wrong.

It's all about the spending habits, baby.

Discovered a couple days ago there's a mini generation called the Oregon Trail generation, which I belong to. Late 70s to early 80s. I think it makes sense because I didn't have a cell phone 'til I was 20 (and that was only in case of emergency), didn't have internet 'til I was 14 and it was a 14.4K modem, used encyclopedias and the library to write term papers, etc. i.e. I don't feel like I have a lot in common with the later generation. Also the bands I remember growing up with were Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Cranberries, and Smashing Pumpkins. It may be that I was only into the first 2 because I had older siblings, though. I was a preteen when they were big.

Can we nominate spouses who don’t belong to HB?  If so, my husband is my nominee for first having trouble with the concept of “Right Turn on Red, unless posted”, and has now graduated to refusing to do it at all.  FFS.

Yes I've done it several times. Mine drives 65 in a 70.
