Farniok does actually look like he's improved his body composition considerably. He's still a guard forced to play tackle but at least he'll be an optimized one.

My sources tell me he has yet to feel the Diaco strain, but they feel it could be any day now. 

If he is straining, time to add some fiber to his diet.  Maybe the BK 10 for 1.49 nuggets made of soy filler and pigeon meat might help out in that regard?

There's no reasonable reason we should keep mentioning Diaco, the strain is spectacular! Do you feel the strain?
