I want to thank Chad for everything he's done. 

I still don't understand why this is necessary. Many here (myself included) have a software engineering/webmaster/something similar background. Was the cost of running the site prohibitive? I'm positive we could have found a way to keep this site running as is with new leadership. I'm sad. 

I imagine it's more about Chad getting a payday than anything.

@Blackshirt thanks for creating the board. It has been a great place --- after huskerpedia closed down some years ago, I found this site and have enjoyed it much more. 

@BigRedMax   I enjoy the articles on HM  and I hope you hear the voice of those of us on this forum who hope the environment and culture on this site is maintained.
