Other year two, and even year one coaches for that matter, have produced wins out of players recruited by someone else.  How does a coach not have his team ready to start the 2nd half?

Offensively yes. Defense did fine. Colorado owned the TOP.

I felt we played not to lose in the 3rd then got tired with the altitude on defense.  Martinez must play better.  He doesn't seem like the same QB.  All that Heisman buzz.  Maybe now that is not an issue anymore he can go back to making plays rather than trying not to make mistakes or get hurt.  Very disappointing loss.  Especially with some really good things going on and the way we looked in the first half.  I think we lulled ourselves to sleep.  One thing is for certain though, we should run up the middle once in a while to keep the defense honest but other than that just use the speed because we can't get any push.  The receivers crossing and backs going across and down the field seems to work.  It also give Martinez a different look.  I still can't believe we took a L today.
