With his offers escalating to more prestigious programs like Yale and Northwestern (not necessarily football royalty though) he may not wait forever. Time for the Huskers to crap or get off the pot.

 
Offer him, take him, and go get a stud next class. 


Pretty much.

Much like I said about Luke McCaffrey, he's about the best possible situation for this class.  McCaffrey was a great athlete that had some growing to do as a QB.  Which made him a great candidate to come in right after Martinez.

Same deal for Haarberg.  Good prospect who is starting to get a lot of attention.  But someone who probably has a better chance of sticking around even if there is a lot of competition ahead of him.

 
This is what will most likely happen.   They have offered some pretty good QB's for 2022 class and I will go ahead and say that Walker Howard is the guy they want bad for next year.  
He’s listed as a pro style QB, is that wrong?  I can’t imagine a true pro style QB being their #1 guy.
