And he believes the s#!t the White House says? I see the Big 12's leadership is about as clueful as it was when we left...

The only way there is going to be football, is if this reopening of the country goes well.  If it does.  Great.  I really really really hope it goes well for many reasons.  But, if it doesn't, there will be no football because there still won't be a vaccine.

Personally, part of me is hoping there won't be a season as that would indicate a considerable effort in self discipline and safety. Safety both of the athletes, students and fans. In this scenario nobody can say greed was the driving force to reopen early. The fan side of me is greedy though. :wub:

Yes.  How much testing will be made available.  Will smaller schools that are showing up for a paycheck and a prayer to win now ask that tests be supplied to them

There is a very likely chance that the small schools will not play - this season could be all about "big boy" football.

Which could speed up the talks about d1 becoming only 64 teams which then opens up the idea of farm teams for the pros.

Huskers still expecting to be able to resume team activities June 1.  Newcomers expected that day.

I "babysit" a lot of seniors that are already smarter than me.

i just don't see this happening.....you would have to quarantine the whole football team and coaches to keep the co vid from getting started....just too much contact on and off the field.  as for the fans showing up at the stadium?  nightmare!
