I am not sure what the latest odds are on a kid ruining his heart from the virus. We probably don't even know if its long term. What about the long terms effects of multiple concussions? They let them play knowing that. What about other risks of contact football? Not to mention they can still catch COVID away from the game. I just walked through the local park last night and the number of cars and HS kids hanging out in the parking lot was pretty dang high. No masks, high fives, loud music and I am sure consumption of alcohol, pot and who knows what. And oh BTW, one of them was our future starting QB who is no longer practicing because they delayed football to the Spring.
