At the end of the day it’s not going to matter a hill of beans if the sec or big12 play football this fall or not, Kevin Warren will never be fired.
If the big10 fires Warren, the leagues presidents will look bad for hiring the wrong person for the job. They will never admit to doing that in masse. Also as the First black power5 commissioner, any firing is going to come under a huge amount of scrutiny and negative press. For better or worse, He’s here until he wants to leave.
Nevermind that yesterday’s announcement came from minneapolis And not the big offices in Chicago. I did see an update on the fact that now 71 percent of our athletes are registered to vote, so got that big weight off our shoulders thank goodness.
