The 2020 Presidential Election - Convention & General Election

Probably because the average public [person?] does not own a dozen hotels.  It must seem pretty strange to politicians to witness their tax code as applied to productive people.  Politicians well, didn't build that.  People like the Bidens just grace an institution with their presence, deliver the same canned speech, and abracadabra money rolls in! About $4 million dollars for Biden's wayward words.

Come on man. Trump's not even a good businessman. He was born on third and thinks he hit a triple. He signed off on a rewrite of the tax code that handed out huge tax breaks to him and his rich buddies while screwing his working-class supporters and he's got no interest in changing that. He lied to them and helped himself.

Funny you complain about Biden making money when POTUS has spent nearly a full year since his inauguration at his private golf clubs and lives in tacky gold-plated abodes.

And let's be clear: Trump is entitled to the same tax return privacy as anyone else. I mean, he shouldn't be trying to hide them, so we know how much he owes to who and if any foreign entities own him, but he hides them anyway.

But you can lose that privacy when multiple Federal and State entities think you may be doing some highly illegal stuff, which is why the legal system forced his taxes to be turned over, and why he can't hide whatever he was hiding anymore.

I still think he's an idiot but this is what you would do if you wanted to take over the country - try to get the low level military guys to support you instead of the military leadership.

Is "no blood for oil" ancient history?  Pretty much every left wing talking head chirped it out without noticing it's lack of logic.

It really is interesting how you never actually discuss the topic. Instead you constantly divert attention to some random thought that has nothing to do with the subject.

psst.....it’s pretty telling that you either don’t have a grasp of the subject or no logical explanation on your stance.

I mean...I get it.  It has to be so disappointing when your political hero is such a disgusting idiot and a fake.

Trump campaign figures out a way they can win even if they lose Florida and Ariz or Florida and NC.  They would have to win Mi, Pa, Wisc,

+ Mn or NH

the noose is tightening

Ariz is turning blue also

This week, we are releasing the most recent poll that featured 3,479 interviews with voters in Arizona, Florida, and North Carolina.

While Trump carried all three states in 2020, he is not leading in any of these states today. Trump and Biden are essentially tied in Florida (Trump 42%, Biden's 43%) and NC (Trump 43%, Biden 45%). However, in Arizona, Biden has opened up a more substantial lead (Biden 45%, Trump 40%). A Biden win in Arizona would mean that he could afford to lose Michigan or Wisconsin (two of "Blue Wall" consortium) and still eke out an Electoral College win (assuming that he wins all the states Hillary Clinton carried in 2016). Biden could even afford to lose Pennsylvania and still win the Electoral College with a combination of Arizona and Nebraska's 2nd CD.

yeah...i seem to remember trump saying we're taking the oil.

A fortnight after ordering a complete evacuation of US troops ahead of a Turkish incursion into northeastern Syria, abandoning Kurdish partners in the fight against Isis, Trump changed his mind and said some forces should stay but only to “secure the oil”.

So as hundreds US special forces are being flown out of Syria, hundreds of other soldiers, equipped with armoured vehicles, have been driving into the region, heading for small-scale oil patches Der Ezzor and Hasakah provinces, but without a clear idea of what they were supposed to do there.

So let's get this in order.

After years of demanding that Trump release his tax returns, they steal them.  And then kept demanding the release, knowing they would leak them the night before the debate.

And all the dirty thieves proved was that Trump takes deductions.

Okay, you're working to get Trump elected. Someone leaks to you that Joe Biden only paid $750 in taxes. Now he's out there pandering to the common man in swing states. Anything there you'd be willing to run with?

Such a great leader.

One last thing I will add, and I genuinely believe this: @Notre Dame Joe does seem intelligent. And I commend him for expressing his views knowing the majority will disagree with him.

That being said, the twisting of his views to always accommodate the President is truly astonishing.
