So another one leaving the team?  What are the rumors?

The rumors are apparently stemming from Marcus Flemming comments.  As of yesterday, he posted that Omar hadn't been practicing and wasn't returning texts.  Again, I'm not getting the info from anyone I trust so could be completely false.  Those I do trust aren't saying anything about OM.

From what I read this morning, he has still been practicing.  So the rumors of leaving the team appear unfounded.

But not really in the mix with the top group.

Based on the bold, it appears he isn't performing as hyped.

I look forward to when taking JUCO guys is no longer a must..rather a luxury if one is good enough.

Yep. His on-field talents were good enough that TCU really wanted him back. They were not happy he came to NU instead.
