Dicaprio Bootle

Jackson didn’t get drafted but he was active on a NFL roster for about half this season. Not a bad paycheck if he can get it.
It was the Jets, but starting 6 games would tell you he probably should have been drafted. I know a section of the fanbase still doesn't like him, but he didn't get drafted because he runs pretty slow, not because he was a bad college player. He'll stick around for a bit in the NFL, not as a consistent starter though.

I think Bootle is a better coverage corner than Jackson, with much better ball skills (see the PBU’s stat). Jackson had more size, but Bootle will show decent film and should be good in workouts too.
Interesting take, most people use INTs when talking about ball skills and that's actually been a pretty big knock on Bootle. Obviously takes better ball skills to break up a pass than to allow a completion, but usually good 'ball skills' for a DB means coming away with the ball. 1 career INT is one of the biggest flags on Bootle, he played a lot of football to only come up with 1 pick. And he had one phenomenal PBU year, and other than that the same or less than Jackson.

What Bootle does have over Jackson is speed and the ability to play multiple positions - specifically slot corner. Jackson could never be a slot corner, which limits him to an outside corner in a system where he'll have deep help. He can be very good within those parameters. Bootle can play slot corner with his speed and quickness, which flies in any system. Corners who get drafted are either potential #1 corners (long and fast), or slot corners.

Stat lines are often a big lie for corners - the good ones don't always get very big numbers because opponents don't throw in their direction.
