2021 Season Notes

Time changes for home games

Now that fans are allowed at Hawks Field, the Huskers have moved the start time of their next three Friday homes games to 6:30 PM.

Friday, April 9 vs. Maryland – 6:30 PM

Friday, April 30 vs. Rutgers – 6:30 PM

Friday, May 14 vs. Northwestern – 6:30 PM

 
@Huskerfan4life - Not sure this is that unexpected. I'm ok with it for the short time if it minimizes potential exposure while rewarding deserving programs. I'm sure the 8 national seeds will be selected as normal (thru both the earned reward and the uni's bid package). It will reduce travel but also reward for other deserving programs though. A 1 year decision is acceptable to me. Nothing more then 1 year though.

 
That indicates they don't have much belief in Nebraska.. putting us in as the last #2 only before having us as the last #3.. Arkansas is listed as the #1 overall seed yes?  If so, then Nebraska is the last #2, yes? Or.. am I wrong in my thinking?

I have no idea lol, but then again all sites will be predetermined. All we can hope for is Nebraska to keep doing well and hopefully secure a host bid.

Nebraska still in the #1 overall seeds regional, but now as a 2 seed vs. Wichita State. Michigan and Ohio State are the other Big Ten teams

2 In and 2 Bubble. Bodes well for the national view of the B1G. 3 teams in for the B1G would be an absolute win for the conf. Kendall Rogers also indicated a 30+ win B1G champ could potentially host.
