New Offensive Coordinator options?

One name that's been thrown around is Ciarrocca. Minny just canned their OC, so wondering if he heads back there. Sure found out the grass wasn't always greener.

With all the big egos in the coaching industry, I wonder how many assistant coaches get let go just because it's not a good fit (i.e. the head coach just doesn't like working with them).  I only have to watch the little prick on TV, but I couldn't imagine working with PJ Fleck every day.

PJ isn't afraid of getting rid of assistants.  He canned his DC during the season a few years ago and seems to tweak his staff each year.  Also I assume working with him can be IRRATATING.

PJ Fleck seems like the type of guy where it's all about PJ Fleck.  In a profession of huge egos, Fleck seems to have one of the biggest ones (although the same could be said for Frost).

Huskers fans obsession with knocking Fleck and Minnesota is just bizarre. He's better than Frost. They are better than us.  It sucks, but it's just what it is right now.
