But who would want to live in LA.  Crime infested cesspool.  Imo

There are some areas of LA that don't feel like LA.  I agree in general that it's a crappy place to live but that is 95% a people problem and 5% an earthquake problem.  The weather and ocean are amazing and, in some areas, it would be a pretty awesome place to live.

There’s better ocean property and the vast majority of people who live there never go to the beach.
