Please no his name doesn't carry enough weight to consistently put Nebraska in the top tier teams every year or let alone the west division. Maybe have a good year then a ok year but I don't see him being a consistent winner.

I tend to agree. College football is all about recruiting and now it is on steroids with the portal and NIL. Campbell strikes me as a good coach but wouldn’t be able to get players to compete against the USC’s, Ohio State’s, and Michigan’s. Campbell may be wise to take a NFL gig.
