This is short sighted. He brings top coaches and one could likely take over if he only has a short tenure. Not sure that will be of much help when he calls it quits in year 2 or 3.

Anyone watching today still thinking this isn’t a program rebuild? Oof

It appears that the Memorial Stadium site would be a good place for a hockey rink.It appears to be a rebuild.
This is wishful thinking. It's possible but unlikely. This is short sighted. He brings top coaches and one could likely take over if he only has a short tenure.
clearly OU has much better talent. we just have no talent or very little.I haven’t watched the game yet (I was playing golf) but the outcome isn’t surprising. NU is a VERY BAD football program right now. There is very little talent, no depth, and needs an overall attitude change.
That’s why it’s a rebuild.clearly OU has much better talent. we just have no talent or very little.
existing player development isn't a rebuildI say a rebuild either through existing player development or new players. It’s likely some of both. It’s painfully obvious our LBs are not conference material. Not sure they would start on my son’s HS team. Could someone come in and develop some of the DL and secondary? I think probably.
Mostly a true rebuild thenexisting player development isn't a rebuild
