No, we can not agree. The right coach does not need 4 years.
This isn't the SEC. They would surely get that amount of time to get 100 percent of their players in

Are we still interested in stealing the coach from next door who happened to have a decent season?
And John Stiegelmeier is a lifer at South Dakota State…I don't think they were ever interested in Craig Bohl.
But they are interested in the coaches who took over his NDSU empire....Klieman and Entz.I don't think they were ever interested in Craig Bohl.
The Jackrabbits will pay whatever it takes to keep him, same as Aranda at Baylor. And John Stiegelmeier is a lifer at South Dakota State…

If Northwestern beats OSU maybe we can go for Ryan Day!

I still have mixed thoughts on Matt Rhule. Here’s a good article discussing college coaches who fail in the NFL.Not sure if/when Feldman shared this but definitely not a final four I would have hoped for if true.
You (and everybody +1-ing this comment) apparently lack reading comprehension. I’ll highlight this to make it simpleA school like Nebraska will not be able to build lines through NIL. That will still have to be HS recruits and development. There simply aren't enough stud lineman available via transfer and they will be highly contested, often going to the highest profile schools. We can get Trey Palmers sure but you can't build a whole team that way.
You’ll notice I didn’t say which players (or positions) would come from which of those various avenues. My comment about O-Line & D-Line was more about how their selection seemed to bore Frost who focused almost exclusively on “playmaker” positions. (They are all playmaker positions, in my book).…more like a General Manager who manages the salary cap (N.I.L. money) AND potential transfers (both outbound and inbound) - in addition to the traditional High School & Jr. College recruiting.
