Turning around Kansas is much more stunning and career satisfying, then rebuilding Nebraska. That's why he stays and sticks it out. And see it through. Just an honest opinion that makes sense to me. Plus with OU and Longhorns leaving, it provides his team more of an honest chance to play for a conference championship than the B1G does. It all factors out. Really good coach though. When you look at Leipold's career head coaching record, he has done well at all 3 stops. He turned around Buffalo (as Rhule did at Temple) and he is in the process of turning around Kansas which is no short task (which Rhule did at Baylor). He apparently developed a good reputation as a strong recruiter while at UNO as an assistant.
