Yes, I am. They have an excitement at their university since this hire was made. They already have players flocking to go there. Nobody is flocking to come here. They already had a few 5 stars commit with more transfer portal players, including an Alabama RB that was ranked highly wanting to go to CU. 
 

Coach P is also going out and hiring people hes not buddies with. Trying to get an Alabama asst to come be the new DC. They will pass us with ease in the next few years.

Deion relates to this generation in a different way than people understand. He’s an icon he was everything this social media generation tries to be but he has real values of hard work and dedication so he’s going to encourage them in a way that’s not pandering. There’s usually a big divide in generations but Deion knows how to accept this kids yet push them

But everybody for the last 15 years has tried to find the next offensive guru and none of those have stuck or made a real impact considering 5 a year get hired. Real leadership is so underrated at this level

This is what i think people are missing.  He relates to that genz generation with the flash and the social media.  IF you watch that meeting he sais were gonna make you famous were gonna blow you up.  Thats what alot of this generation wants, but he uses that old school genx way of teaching football.  he may of just found a perfect balance.  He might not be in our conference, but you better believe hes coming after our players.  Yea this was the worst place he could of wound up for us.  We can live with getting our a$$ kicked for 2 years but poaching our players its something that is going to suck for a long time.

Exactly! That video of him meeting the players is at 1.7 million views in 24 hours. The dude is a rock star and he creates an environment his kids don’t rebel against.
