Crappy call at the end.

We left several points at the line down the stretch.  And had one possession where we got about six shots and couldn't score.

But a pretty impressive showing overall.

Probably shouldn't even be in position to upset the #4 team in the country if you shoot 31% from the floor and 28% from three.

But we did get 19 offensive rebounds.  And only had 9 turnovers.

There was a couple calls that were called on the expectations of contact or looking at the result of a play before calling the penalty.

You mean like missing the front ends of one and ones...?... or that disastrous dumpster fire of six consecutive misses with close looks in the final minutes...

We missed many opportunities today.  This team is very gritty.

 It was nice to see the PBA at 70% capacity.  I hope we continue the trend of getting fans back to the PBA.

Nebraska showing the blueprint for how to take Purdue down. Unsure if we've got the talent to take the W, but they're fighting and showing the effort we hope for and expect. If we can keep this defensive style (pack the paint, close out hard) all year, we're going to win a good chunk of games. This is exactly what Fred needed to establish.

I totally agree. I would like to see them finish their shots and work on their free throws.
